Houndcakes Gourmet Cookies for Dogs is committed to making dogs happy, and doing no harm, by using fresh, healthy ingredients sourced from local vendors, eliminating artificial colors, flavors and preservatives and creating a unique flavor experience.

Our commitment to dogs broadens to all animals in need through support for local animal shelters and non-profit rescue organizations by donating a portion of each sale in the name of Charlie, our red American Staffordshire Terrier, who was on death row until a web of people united to plea for a foster or forever home for him and to fund life-saving heartworm treatment; in the name of Emma, our blue American Staffordshire Terrier, who we found wondering the streets, exhausted and emaciated; and Thor, our white Shepard mix who needed emergency surgery after eating string when has just 6 months old.
